DESCRIPTION

The Patient Admission Coordinator Assistant collects, documents and communicates information relative to patients requiring admission to Swedish Medical Center in accordance with established department policies, procedures and workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree in a Healthcare related program -or

• 2 years of equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting may be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement or equivalent educ/experience2 years job related experience (including, but not limited to ED, critical care, call center, front office) in a healthcare setting -or
• -
• 4 years of job related experience for applicants without an Associate’s degree
