The Admissions Coordinator supports admissions to the facility, in-house transfers and discharge processing for the Skilled Nursing, TCU and Assisted Living programs. Works in a team-based setting to work collaboratively with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, referral agencies, discharge planners, social workers, and in-house staff to achieve budgeted census levels. Assists the Manager in outreach activities to enhance the ministry and PSCS service lines with the greater community.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of experience in long term care, clinical case management and admissions is required.
• Two or more years of experience in a business development or sales environment is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Human Services
