Your tasks

• Ensuring patient-centered, efficient and proper admission and discharge procedures
• Implementation and processing of patient admissions and discharges, including the recording and maintenance of patient-related data and documents
• Processing of cost coverage, cost approvals and patient-related correspondence
• Participation in bed occupancy planning and implementation of occupancy guidelines
• Contact person for patients and relatives
• Maintaining master data and processing the clinic software within the area of ​​responsibility
• Performing cashier duties

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical assistant or healthcare administrator with initial professional or practical experience
• User knowledge of common IT systems (Office applications, hospital information system and SAP are an advantage)
• German C1 level and English B1 level
