Who are we looking for? • 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience. • Proven experience handling customer complaints effectively. • Energetic and empathetic communicator. • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to first-contact resolution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Teams • Degree-level education or equivalent. • Experience in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities

Deliver efficient and empathetic administrative support to patients while managing high volumes of inquiries via a secure messaging system. Responsible for resolving complaints and utilizing the Online Doctor OPMS system to ensure accurate data collection and patient safety.
