We are currently seeking a patient advisor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have excellent IT, telephone and customer service skills, able to book appointments and answer patient enquiries in an efficient, caring and confidential manner.
The successful candidate will be a reliable team player with a positive attitude, have the ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet the needs of the Practice.
Experience of working in a customer advisory role preferred but training provided for the right person.
This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible and work a total of 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6:30pm.
