We are the UK’s leading Hair Restoration Clinic, located in the heart of Manchester, offering advanced hair growth treatments. We are seeking an experienced Patient Advisor / Sales professional to join our team, with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager role.
This position is specifically for candidates with prior experience in patient advising and sales, capable of conducting consultations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of senior-level sales or management experience and must be based in the UK.
We are looking for a results-driven, highly skilled individual with a strong background in medical sales. You should be adept at providing exceptional customer service and care, while also collaborating effectively with our team of therapists. A commercial mindset is essential, particularly when following up on customer opportunities and responding to inquiries, including patient referrals.
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of therapists to deliver top-quality aesthetic treatments, achieve clinic targets, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. You will have full responsibility for clinic operations, including managing sales targets, customer service, complaint resolution, financial audits, team management, recruitment, training, and day-to-day clinic oversight.
