As a Patient Ambassador with Sodexo, you are a quality-of-life improver. You will have responsibility for ensuring that a patient’s experience of the services we provide is as positive as can be, increasing engagement with patients and clinical staff. This is an exciting unique role within an industry that makes a real difference! It would suit someone with a healthcare background and excellent communication skills; you must have the confidence and skills to liaise on wards with patients and clinical staff at all levels. Emphasis will be based on food quality and monitoring of the patient experience at ward level to help drive an improved patient outlook on overall food services. Most importantly you will act as the voice of the patient & the face of Sodexo, providing a professional and positive link between our teams, the clinical teams, and the Patient.
