Position: Patient/Guest Relations Navigator Shift: Part time day shift, 20 hours/week Experience: Minimum of five years experience in a clinical setting preferred. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English sufficiently to perform job duties Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers Education: 1. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field required. 2. RN/BSN or MSW/MSS preferred. Licensures/Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if applicable
