At the Helios Clinic Emil von Behring, we are looking for a Patient and Referral Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately.

This is what you can expect

• Management and further development of patient and referral management
• Standardization of the contact process
• Coordination of cross-departmental processes and projects
• Administrative registration of patients, including the recording of patient data
• Communication with patients and their relatives

What you bring with you

• Completed medical training or comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
• Several years of professional experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a confident demeanor
• Enjoyment of working at the interface between clinical departments and private practices.
• Structured, solution-oriented work style with high initiative and customer focus
• Willingness to travel for external appointments with referring physicians and cooperation partners, as well as the legally required proof of measles immunization.
