Description
The Summer Employment Program provides summer employment opportunities to children, step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high. Position is temporary. Patient appointment services specialists (PASS) facilitate patient visits and support health care providers by anticipating and responding to patient needs and requests of the health care team. As a PASS, you will use patient-specific information to accurately determine the nature of an appointment request and independently schedule and confirm patient appointments. Position is on-site.
