The post holder will also support and cover other aspects of contact centre work including follow up/enquiry telephone lines, e-referrals, responding to internal and external (i.e. patients, GP’s and external clinicians) email queries and clinic amendments.
The Patient Booking Team (PBT) is responsible for all new patient referrals that are received (GP, Tertiary & Internal) at NHNN and RLHIM. The Patient Booking Team is also responsible for ensuring that all Trust set targets for Outpatients are met. This includes 18-week RTT targets.
