Role Overview The Patient Booking Coordinator is responsible for managing patient enquiries and coordinating appointment bookings to ensure clinic diaries are optimised and patients receive a professional and welcoming experience from their first interaction with the practice. This role plays a key part in supporting clinic efficiency, improving patient attendance, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments that supports treatment conversion and overall clinic performance.
