Innovative Rehabilitation Systems is a growing community-based Brain Injury Program with a reputation for excellence, located in Novi. We are currently seeking a Patient & Business Insights Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This individual plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the quality of care we deliver by tracking patient outcomes, coordinating documentation, and assisting with reporting and administrative workflows.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in doing things right, is organized, and enjoys working independently without needing frequent oversight. This is a great role for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully in a small, mission-driven company.

• Track and report on patient experience and care outcome data
• Organize and manage documentation for medical and billing records requests
• Support compliance processes, internal reporting, and scheduling updates
• Maintain trackers related to cancellations, outcome measures, and quality metrics
• Assist with front desk coverage, referral intake, and administrative support as needed
