The East Craigs and Maybury practice is part of the Barclay Medical Group, which is a forward thinking, progressive group of practices passionate about providing the best care for every patient. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, and reliable Care Advisor to join our busy reception and administrative team at Barclay Medical Practice East Craigs and Maybury. This is a part time role of 20 hours per week. Monday 8am - 1pm , Tuesday 1pm - 6pm, Thursday 1pm -6pm and Friday 8am - 1pm. We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer with great career progression possibilities.
The role is varied, every day is different, the environment is fast paced, and patient care is an absolute priority. Our team is multi-skilled and fully support the clinical and management team in the efficient running of the practice. We have an amazing practice team who would assist in the training of the successful candidate. This role requires good communication and IT skills, previous GP experience is desirable and customer service experience is essential.
