MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cannabis or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healhcare and cannabis setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on patient and customer interaction.
