Overview A patient care aide assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care for the acute and chronically ill patients under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities
A patient care aide is responsible for assisting patients with their daily living activities and providing fundamental nursing care to both acute and chronically ill patients. This work is performed strictly under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
