Children’s Dental Surgery is looking for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team and support exceptional surgical care in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in teamwork, attention to detail, and creating a safe, comfortable experience for every patient. Pay: Up to $19/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating shifts of 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Location: Lancaster, PA Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care that meets state and Surgery Center standards Prepare and maintain surgical rooms, equipment, and instruments for each case Assist with room turnovers, sterilization, and infection control procedures Support surgical teams with pre-op and post-op processes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety and compliance standards Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure outstanding experiences for patients and providers Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred 1+years of patient care experience preferred Basic Life Support required upon hire What We Offer We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
