How you'll contribute A Patient Care Assistant (PCA) who excels in this role: * Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring comfort, safety, and quality outcomes * Accurately document patient information and care activities in the medical record * Maintain and organize equipment and supplies, contributing to a safe and efficient care environment * Support quality assurance initiatives by adhering to established standards and protocols * Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure coordinated patient care * Assist with staff education efforts and actively pursue ongoing professional development * Apply knowledge of age-specific needs to deliver appropriate, patient-centered care in alignment with policies and procedures Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include: * Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred * Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire * PCA/DCA Experience preferred * Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

The Patient Care Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while ensuring patient comfort and safety. They are also responsible for documenting patient information and maintaining equipment to support an efficient care environment.
