THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our casual pool and provide support across a variety of departments at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital.
As a 76-bed community hospital, we care for patients across acute, medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and renal services.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and the smooth delivery of care throughout the hospital. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-focused, and fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Currently studying Nursing (Year 2 or 3).
• Certificate IV in Health Services Assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Assist clinical staff in providing high-quality care and patient support.
• Provide transport services using hospital-approved equipment and vehicles.
• Assist patients on admission and help them settle comfortably.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and shared areas in line with infection control standards.
