About the Role: Our Patient Care Associates play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. PCAs are the heart of our patient experience. They manage a high volume of calls, provide accurate information, and assist patients with their healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities: As a PCA, your responsibilities will include: Greet patients and visitors with a courteous, patient, and professional demeanor. Manage front desk reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking in/out patients. Maintain efficient patient flow and coordinate with medical staff to minimize wait times. Assist with patient registration, including collecting and verifying billing and payment information. Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including managing medical records and assisting with patient follow-up. Handle patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources or staff members. Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Work Schedule: This is a full-time, onsite role with evening hours. The position will require floating between the Chelsea, Brooklyn, and Bronx locations based on coverage needs.
