Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while assisting patients with daily care activities and closely monitoring their well-being.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding, while promoting patient dignity and independence.
  • Observe and promptly report changes in a patient’s condition, such as vital signs, behaviors, or physical status, to the primary nurse.
  • Provide constant observation and redirection for patients requiring 1:1 care, such as those on suicide precautions, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
