As the Patient Care Coordinator you are a trusted guide in a patient’s surgical journey, and a key player in growing top-tier plastic surgeons’ practices. You will serve as the first impression, the trusted advisor, and the seamless coordinator for patients exploring cosmetic surgery. It's a role that’s equal parts concierge, educator, and advocate. Responsibilities Be the warm, confident, and knowledgeable first point of contact for all patient inquiries (phone, face-to-face, virtual). Help patients feel at ease as they explore surgical and non-surgical options Convert leads into bookings by building real relationships and speaking authentically to patients’ needs, fears, and goals. Act as a strategic sales driver, managing the lead pipeline and maximizing consultation-to-surgery conversions. Educate patients on procedures, timelines, financials, expectations, and care plans with empathy and clarity. Provide white-glove service while communicating complex information in simple, reassuring terms. Collaborate closely with our surgeon and clinical team to deliver outstanding care Ensure every touchpoint of the patient experience is seamless and five-star Generate accurate surgical quotes using superbills and Nextech EMR, based on surgeon recommendations. Collect and apply deposits/payments, ensuring full transparency and compliance with financial processes. Partner with the marketing and clinical teams to support campaigns, promotions, and patient education initiatives. Coordinate all aspects of the patient’s journey: pre-op visits, surgical scheduling, clearances, post-op follow-ups. Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and compliant (ID’s, medical consents, clearances, etc.).
