Requirements The Patient Care Representative provides exceptional customer service ensuring patients have the post-operative information and assistance needed during their recovery period. Manages high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner Answers incoming calls and provides accurate and satisfactory information to post-operative queries and concerns Performs outbound calls ensuring follow-up of all post-operative patients Maintains open communication with post-operative patients via electronic platforms (e-mail, message, etc.) Collaborates with other department representatives to resolve patient concerns Requirements High school diploma or general equivalency diploma Bilingual in English and Spanish require Minimum of 1 year customer service role(s) experience preferred Strong communication, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills Must be able to work independently and proficient with technology Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
