Description

Process incoming referrals, send referral receipts
Book and confirm appointments and referral appointments, including booking replacement appointments for unconfirmed / unfilled slots
Working with Physicians in the triage of patients
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track patient progress using the patient tracker database
Answer phones and process patient inquiries
Set up appointment schedules and templates
Manage database for low income patients (i.e., AISH/Alberta Works/SNAP)
Assist in rooming patients, taking patient vitals
Fax / scan / link documents to patient records
Manage office administrative supplies for physicians and MOA staff
Clean and sterilize materials pertaining to sleep lab devices ( as needed )
Call for lab results/x-rays etc.
Processing payments, cash collection and invoicing
