Our team of experienced audiologists and healthcare professionals work collaboratively to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. Our small clinic is a great fit for someone who enjoys a collaborative team, working directly with the on-site audiologist. What You’ll Do: Making outbound calls and contacts to existing patients to schedule their follow-up appointments Closely monitoring patient communications to ensure all contacts have been returned in a timely manner (texts, emails, and calls) Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently Verify patient information and insurance details accurately Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls What You’ll Need: Positive, Growth mindset to learn the audiology field and expand your knowledge!
