PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR (DENTAL) Unity Health Care | Washington, DC-Parkside  FLSA Status: Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY Unity Health Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator (Dental) to support patients with complex health needs by coordinating dental services and assisting them in navigating the healthcare system. The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with dental providers and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patients receive timely, patient-centered care. This role conducts outreach, coordinates care plans, assists with scheduling and patient registration, and helps remove barriers that prevent patients from accessing dental services.
