Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with previous experience in a dental department/clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments and patient schedules.
• Handle and communicate with dental patients professionally.
• Coordinate between patients, dentists, and other departments.
• Explain treatment plans and assist patients with follow-ups.
• Follow up with patients regarding consultations and recommended treatments.
• Address patient inquiries and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous dental clinic/department experience is mandatory.
• Experience dealing directly with dental patients is required.
• Good knowledge of dental procedures and treatment coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
