Description Patient Care Coordinator (Experienced – Pediatric Dental Office) Savage, MN $24–$26 per hour Join Our Kids-Focused Dental Team in Savage! Do you love working with children and families? Are you an experienced dental front office professional who enjoys creating a positive, welcoming experience? Our children’s dental clinic in Savage is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first smile our patients and parents see—setting the tone for a fun, comfortable, and stress-free dental visit. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our providers’ schedules running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Answer phones with a warm, upbeat, and professional attitude ? Schedule and coordinate appointments for Doctors, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists Greet and check in children and their families in a friendly and reassuring way Verify and update insurance and billing information accurately Maintain and scan patient records and forms Coordinate interpreter services when needed Manage administrative tasks including referrals, records requests, prescriptions, and post-op calls Process and post patient payments accurately Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and lobby for kids and families Requirements What We’re Looking For ?? At least 1 year of dental front desk experience (required) ?? Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required ?? Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and billing ?? Experience with dental software (Open Dental or similar preferred) ?? Excellent communication skills—friendly, patient, and great with both kids and parents ?? Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting ?? High attention to detail and accuracy ?? Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality ??
