Our busy and well-established Savage Adult Clinic is looking for an experienced, friendly, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. You'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting our clinical team and helping ensure each day runs smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and appointment needs Schedule and coordinate appointments for Doctors, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists while maximizing provider efficiency Check patients in and out accurately while maintaining an exceptional patient experience Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and billing information Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Scan, organize, and maintain electronic patient records and documentation Coordinate referrals, records requests, prescriptions, and follow-up communications Assist with insurance verification and administrative support as needed Coordinate interpreter services when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Collaborate with providers and teammates to ensure efficient daily operations Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient coordination Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Outstanding communication and customer service skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail with excellent accuracy Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Why You'll Love Working Here At Dental Associates of Minnesota, we know our people make the difference.
