Overview The Dental Specialists are seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator (Float) to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This Patient Care Coordinator will travel to all TDS locations to cover for Periodontics, Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics. This is a great opportunity to get to know and work with several doctors and their talented teams! Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment Professional customer service Effective communicator and team player Dental insurance knowledge is a plus Work Schedule Monday - 6:30a-2:15p Tuesday - 6:30a-2:15p Wednesday - 6:30a-2:15p Thursday - 1:30p-8:15p Friday - OFF 6-8 Saturdays per year Company Information The Dental Specialist are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
