About the Role As Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing schedules, systems, and patient communications behind the scenes. You’ll ensure a seamless administrative experience from scheduling through billing, while coordinating closely with clinicians and managing the overall flow of patient communications. Your Typical Day: Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and support patient registration workflows Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is up-to-date in the EMR system Coordinate with therapists to optimize scheduling and daily flow of appointments Process payments and manage insurance-related inquiries with confidentiality Stay informed about clinic services and programs to assist patients effectively Manage multiple administrative responsibilities with strong time management and attention to detail About You You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following: Adaptable, professional, dependable, and eager to grow your career in a growing healthcare organization Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities Patient-first and customer-service oriented. Proficiency with EMR scheduling software; Two years experience as a medical office professional. Physical Therapy setting a plus!
