As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, guiding voice that helps patients feel understood, supported, and cared for — from their very first call to their final visit. Schedule: Full-Time Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Tuesday: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Once a month - Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm What You’ll Do Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Help patients understand their treatment options, costs, and next steps. Coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth and timely experience. Verify insurance, process claims, and manage patient accounts. Keep accurate and organized records. Collaborate closely with our clinical team to support patient care every step of the way. What We’re Looking For Experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role (dental experience is an asset). Strong communication and people skills — you connect easily and genuinely. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. A compassionate, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism.
