Position Summary: The Dental Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in ensuring an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Present treatment plans and assist patients with financial arrangements
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the dental software system
  • Coordinate with dental providers and team members to ensure seamless care
  • Handle patient check-in, check-out, and billing processes
  • Support the overall efficiency and flow of the dental office

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental office or medical front office is preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)

Schedule:

  • Full-time (32hrs+/week, Monday – Friday)
