Here are some of the job duties you will perform: * Provide oversight of the waiting area, greet patients as they arrive, and get them ready for their appointment. * Update patient records, obtain new/updated insurance information, prepares patient chart and notify clinical team of patient arrival . * Keep the clinical team updated on the daily schedule and maintain efficient Practice flow. * Answer incoming calls, take & relay messages, reschedule appointments as needed, answer general questions, and return missed calls. To be considered for this role, you need to have the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years clerical experience * Prior dental or medical front office experience
