Greet patients and act as their first point of contact, in person and by phone

Register new patients and update existing demographics
Maintain and update medical records accurately
Facilitate patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff
Respond to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a professional manner
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and exam rooms are kept clean and welcoming
