Welcome patients and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for and well looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Manage appointments, phone calls, emails and new patient onboarding.
Keep patient records accurate and up to date, and prepare reports as needed.
Process payments, coordinate payment plans, and assist with bookkeeping and insurance reviews.
Keep the day-to-day clinic running smoothly by supporting scheduling, administration and community outreach.
Assist our practitioners and clinical team with patient care.
Pitch in where needed. We’re a small team, and “that’s not my job” isn’t really our thing.
