  • Welcome patients and create a friendly, comfortable clinic experience
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Complete appointment reminders, recalls, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required
  • Process payments and provide receipts
  • Assist with third-party insurance, WCB, and Veterans Affairs claims
  • Prepare reports and support general clinic administration
  • Maintain office and clinic supplies
  • Assist clinicians with documentation and administrative support
  • Provide basic hearing aid cleaning and maintenance support following training
  • Support patients with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Provide coverage or assistance at another clinic location when required
