Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience from the initial phone call to check-out. This position involves scheduling, managing patient records, and discussing treatment plans and insurance details, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks. Essential Duties: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients warmly and addressing phone inquiries professionally. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized, up-to-date patient calendar. Review and discuss treatment plans, insurance coverage, and patient balances. Accept and accurately record payments received in-office, via phone, or by mail. Ensure all patient information, including radiographs and paperwork, is updated and complete before each appointment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the practice's operations.
