As a Patient Care Coordinator at Mapleview Family Dentistry, you will be a vital link between our clinical team and patients, helping them navigate their treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the care they need and that their experience is seamless and positive.
Full-Time: Full-Time
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm
Tu/esday and Thursday 11am-7pm
Saturday - 9am-4pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic demeanor.
• Experience in a dental administrative role is a must - At least 1-3 years
• Familiarity with dental billing, insurance, and scheduling procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
