JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients within a healthcare setting. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of medical terminology, particularly within a dental or medical office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
