Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detailed-oriented Patient Care Coordinator for Vascular Surgical procedures including endogenous laser ablation and cosmetic sclerotherapy to join our dynamic team at One Vascular. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless, comprehensive care by following up with patients to provide education on treatment options including available resources in addition to booking procedures across the entire organization. Strong communication skills are essential in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

-Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or a related role preferred.
-Strong, confident communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is an asset.
-Proficiency in scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) particularly ACCURO is a plus.
-A patient-focused, empathetic attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
