About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly, professional attitude

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently
Conducting pre-testing and assisting optometrists with examinations
Educating patients on eyewear options and lens technologies
Handling insurance billing and processing payments
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space

Who You Are

A friendly and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
Passionate about patient care and experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior experience in optometry or healthcare is an asset but not required – we provide training!
