REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, CareStack)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • Dental Office Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Captain of the patient experience from their very first phone call to the end of their visit!
  • Help patients move forward with recommended care and feel great about their decision
  • Oversees the schedule ensuring all appointments are filled and confirmed.
  • Lead or support front office operations, including scheduling and patient communication
  • Foster a warm, welcoming, professional environment that builds trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
  • Help maintain high patient retention and support the growth of the practice
