We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Float Patient Care Coordinator to support our clinic operations across multiple locations or departments. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care by providing coverage during staff absences, vacations, or high-volume periods. The Float Patient Care Coordinator will be cross-trained to handle front desk operations, insurance verification, patient scheduling, and support for audiology services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical front office setting (required)
• Knowledge of insurance plans and verification processes
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
