QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or healthcare-related training preferred.
  • Previous experience in patient coordination role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine!
  • Proficiency in using dental office software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities that keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals, ensuring everyone gets the care they need.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients regarding appointments, billing, and general information with enthusiasm.
  • Collect and process patient information, including medical history and demographics, with care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Ensure waiting areas and reception areas are clean and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in managing patient flow and minimizing wait times for a better experience.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare or dental team to address patient needs and concerns effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
