We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and compassionate individual to join our team as a frontline Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in shaping their experience with our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and act as their first point of contact, in person and by phone
  • Answer and direct calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-up visits
  • Triage referrals and manage clinic bookings appropriately
  • Register new patients and update existing demographics
  • Maintain and update medical records accurately
  • Facilitate patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
  • Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and exam rooms are kept clean and welcoming

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (essential)
  • Prior medical office or healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and computer applications (asset)
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
