Impact Physical Therapy was founded in 2015 to reimagine what healthcare could feel like—more personal, more empowering, more human. • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Educate patients on our cash-pay physical therapy model and confidently discuss pricing ($199+ per session)
• Help patients understand the value of investing in their health
• Keep our PTs fully booked with patients who are ready to heal
• Support the team by managing calls, scheduling, and payments
• Maintain clean, inviting clinic spaces and assist with daily operations
• Use our EMR system and Google Suite for accurate tracking and admin tasks
• Open or close the clinic as needed and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
