Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Specialist plays an essential role in the daily operations of the company. This position focuses on coordinating telehealth EMC evaluations, managing patient information, and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved. Primary Responsibilities: Input patient data into EMR (eClinicalWorks) Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments Communicate with patients, providers, and clinics Manage emails, calls, and administrative tasks Upload documentation and maintain records Compliance & Confidentiality Maintaining HIPAA compliance is the most critical responsibility. All patient information must remain confidential and secure at all times.
