We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support our Whitecourt office.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help customers navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone
  • Provide timely and professional support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product information and account issues
  • Assist with inventory tracking and order management
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What you bring:

  • A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner
  • A patient-first mindset and solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare and/or retail
  • Familiar with digital tools including (Shopify, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
