A Patient Care Coordinator is the first person to greet our patients, assisting with insurance, patient referrals, and scheduling questions. Our Patient Care Coordinators have excellent customer service skills and are capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure our clinics operate with accuracy and efficiency. Patient Care Coordinators build strong patient rapport and help in the patient recovery process. This is reported to be one of their greatest job highlights.
